By using Kept, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
The service
Kept helps you track purchases, return windows, and warranties, and stores proof of purchase. Return windows and warranty lengths shown in the app are estimates based on common retailer and manufacturer policies — always verify against your actual receipt and terms. Kept is a personal organization tool and does not guarantee any refund, return, or warranty outcome.
Your content
You own the receipts, photos, and information you add. You are responsible for keeping accurate records and for any decisions you make based on the app's reminders.
Acceptable use
Don't use Kept for unlawful purposes or attempt to disrupt the service. We may suspend access for abuse.
Subscriptions
Kept may offer optional paid plans. Subscriptions are billed through the App Store and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel in your App Store account settings.
Disclaimer
Kept is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any missed deadline, denied return, or denied warranty claim. The app is an aid, not a guarantee.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the changes.
